「美式工业风」形似「LOFT 工业风」（Industiral Loft Design），早在 20 世纪 90 年代就流行过。它不仅仅是一种设计风格更是美国工业年代日常工作、生活场景的折射。「重」是美式工业风给人们最基本的印象。

American Industrial Style, similar with Industrial Loft Style, is pretty popular since 90s. It is not just a design style, but also are flection of the daily life in that era. “Heavy” is the primary impression that people have about the American Industrial Style.

随着社会的发展，吃已不仅仅是一日三餐，而是一种文化，民以食为天，在当今社会，吃是我们生活的主要日常。作为一个拥有2415.27万居民的城市，上海的高速发展促进了美食行业的多元化，我们可以在一个城市享受不同国家的美食文化。

With the development of the society, eating has already become a culture, and it plays a significant role through our life. As a city with 24.1527milloin citizens, Shanghai’s fast development also impact the catering trade, nowadays, we can enjoy foods from all over the world in one city.

公路餐厅（Truck Stop Grill）是一个以美国66号公路为主题的的概念型餐厅。从最开始的沟通设计到最后的施工完成一共用了不到三个月时间，这让京美的设计师和施工团队都面临着巨大的考验。 

公路餐厅的大部分结构都沿用了美国公路汽车餐厅的特色元素。卡车造型使用了Mack Truck，金属的厚重与红砖的温婉及水泥的素雅巧妙结合，既满足了客户的视觉需求，又通过增加管道结构制造出第三层空间传达出了浓浓的美式复古情怀。

Truck Stop Grill is a concept restaurant with the theme of the old truck that driving on the Route 66. From the design stage till the project was done, we was just given 3 month to finish that, which is a huge challenge for Jemo,  both the design team and the construction team.

We use the American highway characteristics to decorate the inner space. The open ceiling also help enlarge the space. The combination of the front of the Mack Truck, metal, red brick, and concrete background distinguish the American Industrial Style.
