该项目位于湛江市赤坎区立交桥泰伦城，原先这是个大厂房，现在改成创意产业园，类似于广州红砖厂。该方案厂房套内面积为115㎡，公共使用部分空间大概是175㎡，根据客户的需求，在空间上划分如下：玄关、前台、员工洽谈区、员工工作区、茶房兼书房、财务间共115㎡。为了增加2间老总办公室和1间小会议室，在原先财务房和茶房的上方加建了一层面积59㎡的空间。卫生间在外面，考虑到雨季，把去卫生间的户外做成阳光房，面积为47㎡，这个空间里设计成茶水间，配套冰箱、红酒恒温柜、微波炉、咖啡机、娱乐的足球桌和飞镖、吧台、户外会议台。剩下的空间为卫生间，户外区。
考虑到大门的方向问题，在原先的位置加建个空间做玄关，从而解决大门的方向问题。为了保留建筑外观和周围的植物，在风格上选用了追求工业时期的后现代，最大限度的保护了建筑和周围植物，它们是一个王朝兴衰的见证者，有历史价值。为了让工业气息更加霸道，在材料上以自流平、铁结构、玻璃为主。拔地而起的前台、工作区电脑台、楼梯、楼板、植物洽谈区弧度凳子、吧台、橱柜、卫生间洗手台，都使用自流平。一二层隔断和阳光房都是使用铁结构和玻璃。原先的植物墙保留下来，在植物的背后布好水管，让着面墙多了个小型瀑布的元素，绿化配流水，让植物墙多了那么份活力。原先的水池塔改成鱼池，把鱼池的水抽到植物墙形成小瀑布，流下来的水又回到鱼池，从而形成自然的回流系统。由于水池塔高于地面和植物墙、加上户外家具、太阳伞搭配形成了天然的小庭院。
