接手这套案子的时候已经和高先生认识8年了，这也是我们第二次合作。第一次合作的时候我们已经成为了很不错的朋友，当时我们还在同一个小区买了房子。因为是朋友的关系，所以再次合作时便有了先天的便利因素，我们也给了他很多生活方式上的建议。
高先生是一所舞蹈学校的校长，对生活品质的要求还是很高的，这次购置别墅也是改善性需求。经过我们一段时间的讨论，我们准备将整体风格定位为轻奢及新中式工业风的结合。
别墅共分为四层，老人同住的原因，在细节上考虑了无障碍设计的元素。整体空间上，一层二层的区域为轻奢风，主要是老人的活动区域；三层是高先生的卧房；地下室为多功能区，因为层高较高，且有天井，所以我们做了一个半隔层，为老人的书房兼咖啡吧，其余的地下部分为高先生的会客区和舞蹈房。

The villa is divided into four layers. The reason why the elderly live together is that the barrier free design elements are considered in detail.
