项目概况：

雨廬——该项目甲方想保留现在户内的布局及硬装。
我们——1.天花局部灯位的调整与增加，从新刷饰面漆。
2.立面柱子砌筑仿古灰砖青瓦，墙面刮颗粒沙岩。
3.地面一层保留现有的地砖在面上直接铺贴仿水泥纹石塑地贴，二层地板不动。
4.楼梯在踩踏的时候会有轻微的晃动及声响，我们在楼梯的下方矗立了两根淘来的栓马柱。
5.软装及家具配饰。
